This individual report shows the calculation of ROU and Obligation per fiscal period.

Individual Report: Financial Statement per fiscal period

This report shows the financial impact of ROU and Obligation for entire lease term, including p&l impact and cash vs p&l. The last row of this report must always finish at 0 on the last month of the lease.

Financial Report: Reconciliation of ROU & Obligations

This is a consolidated report of files which shows a reconciliation of ROU & Obligations, on a financial year basis.

Financial Report: Journal Entries, per lease

Our journal entries car be interfaced in almost any format (xml, excel, txt, web service)

Validation Report: Review of different file statuses

Part of Infosite Solution (real estate) and Infosite Contract management we offer several validations and tests to ensure that IFRS-16 / ASC-842 calculations are in line with contract information and rent tables. This report allows you to quickly spot invalid or problematic files.

This report is not available when using only our IFRS-16 / ASC-842 module.
